1. Application

Application deadline is subject to booth availability

2. Payment Schedule

Receiving invoices and tax statements

- For applications submitted before March 27, 2025: A 50% participation fee due on the invoice date, with the remaining balance due by March 27.

- For applications submitted after March 27, 2025: A 100% participation fee due on the invoice date.  

3. Pre-Event Preparations

April: Visitor pre-registration open, CPHI Online exhibitor list open

June: Online Exhibitor Manual open

Register company and product information, order additional graphics and furniture, apply for exhibitor badges, invite buyers

July: Online Matchmaking Platform open

Schedule meetings in advance between exhibitors and visitors.

4. Exhibit Move-In

August 24 (Sunday): Move-in (Space only)

August 25 (Monday): Move-in (Space only & Shell scheme & Deluxe) 

5. Exhibition Opening

August 26 (Tuesday): 10:00 - 17:00

August 27 (Wednesday): 10:00 - 17:00

August 28 (Thursday): 10:00 - 16:00
