[Brief Introduction of Seminar]
▷ This technology converts Schisandra pomace, an agricultural by-product, into a high-value functional material through a solid-state fermentation process, and develops an extract containing bioactive compounds that may help improve sleep quality.
▷ Based on the functional evaluation, standardization, and formulation technology of solid-state fermented Schisandra pomace extract, this technology presents its potential commercialization as a health functional food ingredient and sleep-care product.
