Mr. Zheng is the Managing Partner of YAFO Capital. He has been focusing on cross-border investment in healthcare sector since the beginning of his career life. Mr. Zheng has been involved in 30+ global life science BD transactions and advisory assignments and has led the team to close numerous deals. Before joining YAFO Capital, He was an equity research analyst covering the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors at Roth Capital Partners, a full-service investment banking firm headquartered in California. Mr. Zheng received a MS in Finance from Vanderbilt University in the US and a BS in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.

Dr. Bok-Kyung Han is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food and Biotechnology at Korea University and the CEO of InsightFI Co., Ltd. Her research focuses on functional ingredient development and commercialization, as well as food technology. Drawing on extensive R&D experience in the food industry, she is advancing AI-driven research and commercialization in the health functional food sector.

This study concerns a cognitive-function-improving composition based on jangsu-namul (Amaranthus mangostanus L.) extract. The extract, prepared using 20–45% ethanol, demonstrated in an Alzheimer's induced mouse model (in vivo) improved cognition and spatial memory, suppression of microglial over-activation, and reduced neuroinflammatory markers (IL-1β and TNF-α).​
