    [Brief Introduction of Speaker]

Daniel Zang has served as a trusted advisor to more than 100 pharmaceutical, biologics, and medical device companies, from early-stage startups to top five global pharmaceutical firms. He honed his skills as a junior at a top-tier legal firm, representing the buy side—global pharmaceutical companies—and later leveraged that experience to advise the sell side, guiding early-stage companies through IP, licensing/M&A, and clinical development.
